These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BDG Win platform, website, and mobile application. By registering an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use BDG Win.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction.
• Each individual is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
• BDG Win reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Deposits & Financial Transactions

• Minimum deposit amount: ₹100
• Deposits are processed instantly via supported payment methods (UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay).
• All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your game wallet, unless specified in our Refund Policy.
• You must use payment methods registered in your own name.

4. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹110
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes to your registered UPI or bank account.
• BDG Win reserves the right to request identity verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if suspicious activity is detected.

5. Game Rules & Fair Play

• All games on BDG Win use provably fair algorithms (SHA-256) to ensure transparency.
• Results are determined by random number generation and cannot be manipulated.
• Any attempt to cheat, hack, or exploit game mechanics will result in immediate account termination.
• Use of automated bots or third-party software is strictly prohibited.

6. Referral Program

• Users may earn commission by referring new players through their unique referral code.
• Referral abuse, including self-referral or fake accounts, will result in forfeiture of commissions and account suspension.
• BDG Win reserves the right to modify referral commission rates and terms at any time.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• BDG Win reserves the right to revoke bonuses obtained through fraud or abuse.
• Gift codes are valid for a limited time and subject to availability.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Sharing your account with others
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the platform
• Abusing the referral, bonus, or promotional systems

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, graphics, and software on BDG Win are the intellectual property of BDG Win and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

BDG Win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee winnings, and all gaming activities carry inherent risk.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of BDG Win shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
